Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including your tracking code.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes about 2 to 4 weeks (10–20 business days) from dispatch, depending on your destination, via our international shipping partners. Most orders arrive within this window, some arrive sooner — and occasionally customs or carrier volume can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Tracking

Every order is trackable. After dispatch, use the tracking code from your shipping-confirmation email on our Track Your Order page. Note: tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update after dispatch — that's normal.

If your order is late or lost

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact help@godeals4u.com — we'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full. Your 30-day money-back guarantee always counts from delivery, so a slow shipment never eats into it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can correct it before dispatch, but not after the package is on its way.
